Advanced manufacturing processes and structural advantages

Our company’s PTFE lining is manufactured using an advanced isostatic pressing process combined with high‑temperature sintering. Compared with conventional lining techniques, this method produces a uniformly dense inner lining free of porosity, blisters, delamination, and gaps. Following high‑temperature sintering, the PTFE liner bonds firmly to the steel pipe body, forming an integrated composite structure that effectively withstands thermal expansion and contraction, vacuum‑induced pressure surges, and erosive flow at high velocities.

The product features a wide operating temperature range, from –60°C to 180°C, and can maintain stable long-term performance in virtually all chemically corrosive media, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkaline solutions, various organic solvents, and corrosive salt solutions.
