Carbon Steel API Sour Service Line Pipe

Product Overview

Carbon Steel API Sour Service Line Pipe is manufactured in accordance with American Petroleum Institute standards. It is specially used to transport crude oil, steam and formation water extracted from underground wells to oil and gas processing plants.

It comes with multiple pipe end types including plain ends, threaded ends and socket ends. Corresponding connection methods include butt welding, coupling connection and socket connection to adapt to various construction demands.

Core Advantages

This pipe is designed for export delivery. After production, each pipe will be painted, end-beveled, capped and bundled. Minor surface imperfections like scratches, slight weld deviation and burn marks are allowed, provided they do not exceed the wall thickness negative tolerance. The standard single length for export steel pipes is within 6 meters.
