Product Overview

Socket-weld flanges (referred to as SW flanges) are forged high-pressure pipe fittings specifically designed for small-diameter piping systems. The flange features an internal recessed socket; after the pipe is inserted, it is welded in place at the flange neck. These products offer convenient installation, excellent alignment, superior fatigue resistance, and reliable leak‑tight sealing, making them ideally suited for high‑pressure, high‑temperature, and low‑vibration service conditions.

Surface Treatment and Quality Control

Surface treatment: Anti-corrosion spray painting, hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, and custom rust‑preventive coatings.
The comprehensive quality inspection includes chemical composition analysis of the material, mechanical property testing, ultrasonic, penetrant, and magnetic particle nondestructive testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and metallographic examination. All products undergo rigorous inspection prior to leaving the factory.
