Production Process and Specification Parameters
Manufactured using proven hot‑pushing, cold‑extrusion, and stamping processes, the elbows feature uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and a robust, stable overall structure.
Forming process: seamless, welded
Flow range: Seamless DN15–DN1200; Welded DN200–DN2000
Wall thickness grades: SCH10, SCH20, standard wall thickness STD, SCH40, SCH60, SCH80, extra‑thick wall thickness XS, and ultra‑extra‑thick wall thickness XXS; custom thickened wall thicknesses are available, with a maximum thickness of up to 150 mm.
Bending radius: 1D short radius, 1.5D long radius; custom non-standard radii available.

All 90° elbows undergo a comprehensive suite of rigorous inspections, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and nondestructive examinations such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing, ensuring stable and reliable product performance.
Optional surface treatments include anti-corrosion paint, 3LPE coating, hot-dip galvanizing, sandblasting, and more, significantly enhancing the corrosion resistance of pipe fittings and extending their service life.
