Production Process and Specification Parameters

Our factory manufactures 45° elbows using proven hot‑push forming, cold extrusion, and stamping processes, resulting in uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and excellent structural stability.

Caliber range: Seamless DN15–DN1200; Welded DN200–DN2000
Wall thickness grades: SCH10, SCH20, standard wall thickness STD, SCH40, SCH60, SCH80, extra‑thick XS, and extra‑extra‑thick XXS; custom maximum wall thickness up to 150 mm.
Bending radius: 1D (short radius), 1.5D (long radius); custom special radii available upon request.

Each 45-degree elbow undergoes a comprehensive suite of rigorous inspections, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and nondestructive examinations such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing, ensuring consistent product performance.
Optional surface treatments include anti-corrosion paint, 3LPE coating, hot-dip galvanizing, and sandblasting, which significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of pipe fittings and extend their service life.
