Polyethylene‑lined steel pipes combine corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and high mechanical strength, making them widely used in oil and gas transmission, municipal water supply and drainage, and various industrial applications. The pipe body is constructed with a high‑toughness carbon steel base, capable of withstanding high pressures and challenging geological conditions. The outer layer, a high‑density polyethylene anti‑corrosion coating, is applied via hot‑dip plasticizing, ensuring tight adhesion to the steel surface and providing long‑term, reliable protection against corrosion.
Complete product specifications: outer diameter from 457.2 mm to 1,422.4 mm, wall thickness from 8 mm to 50 mm, working pressure ranging from 0.6 to 10.0 MPa, and operating temperature between –40°C and 80°C. Suitable for conveying water, petroleum products, natural gas, and chemical media. Three key advantages: excellent corrosion resistance, UV‑resistance and aging durability, and a smooth inner surface that minimizes flow resistance and reduces energy consumption.
